All about me!

Hi! I'm Bethan, and you are currently reading my awesome blog about cooking! I live in the South West of England with my parents and three younger sisters. I love to bake and cook (obviously), and for Christmas I asked for a Matilda Ramsay cookbook. It had lots of tips about taking great photos of your food, and I thought "Why shouldn't I create a blog too?" So here I am, sitting at the table writing it.

Why do I like cooking? This is an easy one. Whenever I cook, I always lose myself in the recipe, and I forget if I've had a bad day at school or I don't feel well. Plus, you get to eat it afterwards!😋

I love cooking. I mean, REALLY love it. I have... let me count... nine  cookbooks, plus a notebook where I store all my ideas for cooking. I probably don't need all that stuff, but I love it. So it stays. But... Isn't it annoying when you bakes don't turn out well? That happens to me... I sometimes find that even if you don't think they look good, they taste awesome anyway! If you arrange your creations on a plate or in a bowl so they look good, it makes more of an impression.

So, now you know about me. My family love my cooking, and I'll be sharing some of the recipes I've made before with you!
