My Junior Bake Off Challenge!!

Junior Bake Off is back!! And this year, I entered it... but sadly didn't get in. So instead, I am going to do a challenge - every time an episode comes out (every day), I will pick one of the things to cook, and do it at home - it could be anything really! I will TRY to do it inside the time limit, but if I don't it doesn't really matter.... after all, it's not the real thing. All my bakes will (hopefully) have all the correct elements but if they don't, well, like I said before, it doesn't really matter.

There are two sets of bakers - the A's and the B's. They both go through the same days (cake, biscuit, bread, dessert, pastry) but baking differnt things. Say, for instance, that I did a technical challenge from the cake day on the A side - when it got to the B side cake day I would do the showstopper challenge.
